A power outage was reported in Abilene, Texas for about an hour Saturday evening, Apr 13. The power went out just after 8:00 p.m. and was restored before 9:00 p.m. According to the AEP Texas Outage Map, customers on both sides of South 14th and Winters Freeway were affected. That area extends north to at least South 7th and East just a few blocks past Pioneer Drive.
