Thousands of customers in northeast Kansas were without power on Thursday morning, Apr 18. There are about 3,400 customers impacted in northeast Kansas according to the Evergy Outage Map. FreeState electric customers are also being impacted. The FreeState Electric Outage Map showed 217 individuals without power in Jefferson County. Bluestem Electric is also reporting power outages in the Pottawatomie and Wabaunsee areas. Bluestem Electric is reporting over 2,500 power outages in Pottawatomie County and close to 1,000 without power in Wabaunsee and Washington counties.
