A power outage affected customers in West Seattle on Saturday afternoon, Apr 20 due to high winds. The outage started at around 3:07 p.m. Power was restored to the area at around 5:00 p.m. The outage affected customers along Alki Beach from Duwamish Head to 62nd SW and extended up the hill over to Avalon Way South West, and south to South West Oregon Street. An additional power outage started at 3:42 p.m. affecting 6,940 customers in the Gregory Heights neighborhood of Burien. Power has been restored to the area.
