According to an Evergy spokesperson, approximately 1,200 customers were without power at 1:45 p.m. Thursday. By 2:30 p.m., power had been restored to all but 165 customers. Those customers were to remain without power until an Evergy crew could replace a broken power pole in the N. 13th Street-W. Elm Street area
