By 4:30 p.m., the total number of outages was down to 13,000, with some of the larger outages along Big Beaver in Bloomfield Township west of Woodward Avenue. Another outage occurred near the Auburn Hills /Rochester Hills border along M-59.

In Macomb County, a large outage occurred on the northeast side of the 14 Mile Road and M-53 intersection.
