On July 22nd, a power outage left more than 2,500 customers without power in the Avenues neighborhood of Chico. By 4:45 p.m., PG&E had restored power to the majority of customers affected, but 753 customers in the area around North Cedar Street and Arcadian Avenue, from around West Second to West Fourth avenues, were still without power, according to PG&E’s outage map.Outage link: pgealerts.alerts.pge.com/outagecenter/
