AEP Ohio blamed a theft for a Monday 8th power outage affecting multiple towns in the southwestern portion of Columbus. The outage was affecting around 4,500 customers at 1 p.m. The electric company said the issue affected parts of Grandview Heights, Upper Arlington and Marble Cliff as well.
