A power outage was reported in near US Highway 160 south of West Plains after a car crash. The accident occurred in the area of US 160 and AB Highway intersection. According to Howell-Oregon Electric Cooperative, they had to de-energize roughly 600 members in the area between West Plains and South Fork.
