Twain Harte, California, United States

PG&E reported that 360 customers were without electricity in Tuolumne County overnight. About 125 customers in Twain Hart lost power, stretching from Fuller Road to Meadow Drive and Muir Avenue, north of Highway 108. The estimated time of restoration was listed at 2:00 p.m. Power has been restored to the area.

To my knowledge I don't have any outstanding orders from anywhere. Pkg came today in bag from USPS as it has been damaged and there are no contents. Says from Lucia at
4375 South Lee St in Buford, Ga.
I cannot find a single clue as to who this is from !
