PG&E reports that the lights are back on for 9,268 customers in Tuolumne County. Their electricity went back on around noon. The utility blamed the outage on the wet and windy storm system passing through the region this weekend. The areas impacted stretch along Highway 108 from Twain Harte to Strawberry.
