More than 3,000 PG&E customers are without power amid a sweltering heat wave in Rocklin. The outage is still being investigated, but according to PG&E, the outage began around 6:33 p.m. It's generally impacting an area bordered by Sunset Boulevard, Stanford Ranch Road and some areas along Park Drive.Outage link: pgealerts.alerts.pge.com/outagecenter/
