Thursday, October 31, 2024. Xcel Energy reported that more than 19,000 customers were impacted by over 150 outages across the Twin Cities metro, St. Cloud, and western Wisconsin. Additionally, more than 2,000 customers in Maple Grove, Champlin, and Brooklyn Park were affected.
