An electrical service disruption was reported in the 10th Avenue/Yellow Street area in Kennewick. According to Benton PUD, the outage was caused by a broken switch-arm and it started at 10:48 a.m. The power company initially reported that 2,141 customers were affected but in its final outage update, the outage was affecting 693 customers.Outage link: www.bentonpud.org/Outage-Center
