Thousands of customers are without power as strong winds push through the Cincinnati area. More than 4,000 customers were without power. The biggest impacts were in the Batavia, Western Hills and Sharonville areas on Saturday evening. Duke Energy officials said power went out at Rookwood Pavilion shortly after 12 p.m. and was restored just before 3 p.m. The outage was caused by an equipment problem in the substation.
