An outage impacted over 1,100 Douglas Electric Cooperative meters in the Elkton, Drain, and Scottsburg areas on Wednesday morning, November 13. due to a loss of transmission to the Elkton and Scottsburg substations. Power was restored to most customers at 8:00 a.m. Much of the transmission line that feeds the Elkton substation, and in turn, the Scottsburg substation, was off-road.Outage link: douglaselectric.outagemap.coop/
