PG&E reported a power outage impacting about 4,328 customers in the area of Saratoga Avenue and Williams Road area to Prospect Road in San Jose on Wednesday afternoon July 24. The outage started at 10:48 a.m. PDT. The estimated time for restoration is 2:45 p.m. PDT. It was unclear what caused the power to go out.
