A power outage was reported in West Sonoma County. An estimated 17,100 Pacific Gas and Electric Co. customers are without power. At 7:15 a.m., 12,062 customers spanning from west Santa Rosa to west of Occidental and south of Valley Ford lost power, according to the PG&E outage map. At the same time, PG&E turned off power for 5,182 customers in Sebastopol and west along Bodega Highway to conduct maintenance work.
