Power outages around the city in both the morning and afternoon affected thousands of Public Service Company of New Mexico customers in Santa Fe, according to the utility’s website. A morning outage that affected as many as 8,300 customers for hours was repaired near noon, but a second outage knocked out power to parts of downtown for more than an hour in the afternoon.
