Sycamore Canyon, much of the lower East side of Santa Barbara, and Montecito lower village (at least) is in the dark this Sunday evening, as of about 7:10 pm. The cause is unknown. Grocery stores are shut down, and many traffic lights are out. Edison has not posted about it on their website yet, and the police in the photo were not aware of the outages.Outage link: www.sce.com/outage-center/check-outage-status
