The Public Service Company of New Mexico reported a power outage impacting about 1,000 customers in Ruidoso in Lincoln County on Friday morning, Jun 21. PNM has de-energized parts of the Village of Ruidoso due to a wildfire burning in the area. The outage started at 6:10 a.m. The estimated time for restoration is fluctuating.
