An estimated 3,400 customers were without power in Rome, according to National Grid. The outage was reported shortly after 11:00 a.m.Wednesday, Oct. 9, and crews were dispatched to restore power to the impacted areas. Power was expected to be restored by 1:15 p.m. However, more than 600 customers were reported to be without power with an expected restoration time of 2:15 p.m.Outage link: outagemap.ny.nationalgridus.com/
