A power outage was reported in Monroe County. About 11,000 customers were impacted. An estimated 9,100 customers were affected in the Penfield, Webster area. According to RG&E, power has been restored to the area. There is also an additional outage in the City of Rochester that impacted over 2,100 more customers.
