There were reports of a power outage in Larimer County, Colorado. Fort Collins Utilities’s outage map is reporting about 2,624 customers affected by scattered power outages in their service area on Thursday morning Feb 22. The Rigden Farm area in Fort Collins has 1,337 customers affected.
