More than 9,000 PG&E customers were without power across the Bay Area Sunday as howling winds pummeled the region. Outages in the East Bay were down to 930 impacted customers, most of whom were in Oakland, and that power is expected to be restored by 6 p.m. In the North Bay, 420 customers were still without power, with no time estimate for restoration.Outage link: pgealerts.alerts.pge.com/outagecenter/
