According to San Diego Gas & Electric’s outage map, about 1,040 customers are affected by power outages in the Rancho Peñasquitos area in San Diego on Thursday afternoon, Feb 1st. There is another outage affecting 531 customers in the Nestor area. The estimated time for restoration is 5:30 p.m. for the first outage and 2:30 p.m. for the second outage.
