About 85 customers are without power on Monday morning in and around Castleton Corners during tropical rainstorm Henri.Authorities responded on Monday morning to reports of smoke emanating from a Con Edison substation on the 1600 block of Victory Boulevard near the outages.
Power is expected to be restored around 9 a.m. for the outages, which have rough boundaries of Drake Avenue, Victory Boulevard, Manor Road and Royal Oak Road, according to the Con Edison website.
