According to Consumers Energy, around 24,000 customers in Michigan were impacted by power outages on Monday morning, with under 2,000 customers in Mid-Michigan. The city of Portage is currently affected with about 8,048 customers without power. Other affected areas with about 800 customers impacted include Marshall and Gobles.
