Southern California Edison is considering a Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) due to hazardous fire conditions with strong winds and low humidity from midnight Saturday, December 9 lasting through 3:00 p.m. Sunday, December 10. The impacted area is Malibu from Topanga Canyon to Malibu Pier, from Point Dume to Point Mugu, and up Malibu Canyon (including potentially the Cuthbert Serra, Nicholas, and Galahad circuits).
