In the early evening, Orange and Rockland Utilities had reported more than 2,000 customers in Orange County, 300 in Rockland County and 200 in Sullivan County without power. Central Hudson reported about 1,000 customers in Ulster County without power, along with 400 in Dutchess County and 400 in Orange.
