More than 5,200 customers are without power in Onondaga, Oswego, and Cayuga counties after a storm passed through Central New York on Wednesday, Jul 10. In Onondaga County, 3,919 were without power as of 5 p.m., and in Oswego County 760 had no power, according to National Grid outage maps.
