More than 3,400 AEP customers in Franklin County remain without power Sunday night. In total, the company is reporting 3,840 customer outages in its service area across the state. The majority of the Franklin County outages are being reported in the Hilltop section and the Northland section of Columbus. AEP also restored power to nearly 1,200 customers in the Mt.
