A power outage was reported on Oxford Valley Road Wednesday afternoon leaving three Lower Bucks County communities without power, according to the police. The crash happened at the intersection of Oxford Valley Road and Willow Pond Drive just before 3 p.m. Wednesday also involved a utility pole being struck.
