An electrical service disruption was reported in Bay City after crews could complete repairs to equipment damaged by gunfire. According to Bay City Electric Light and Power (BCELP) early Wednesday, June 12, a power outage occurred on the city’s East Side, between 3rd and 6th streets, and Washington and North Madison avenues.
