North Hanover Street, Carlisle, 17013 Pennsylvania, United States

Northeastern Carlisle was without electricity Monday night, May 20 after an equipment failure on a power line. Power went off just after 10:30 p.m. for an estimated 1,782 customers. According to PPL's outage map, the cause of the outage was a tripped breaker or blown fuse. The affected streets included North Hanover Street, North Bedford Street, and North East Street. Electricity was restored for all but 630 customers about two minutes after the outage began. Remaining residents had power shortly after midnight.

Thought I was ordering clothes from JCPenney. Waited over one month and got a notice that it was delivered, but nothing has ever been received. I am now disputing the charge on my credit card. Whileer is offering 60% refund. That is also a scam as noted online when you look up JCP USA&CA
