A Penelec crew works on a utility pole off of First Avenue, near its intersection with West Washington Street, during a power outage on Monday morning. A downed tree nearby had caused problems with a wire, leading Penelec to de-energize a substation between First and Second avenues at about 10 a.m. This affected roughly 600 customers.
