A power outage has been reported in Lebanon city this morning after a fire broke out at a Met-Ed substation in 160 N. 16th Street. According to a FirstEnergy outage map, there are currently about 730 customers in North Cornwall Township without power; 175 in North Lebanon Township; 412 in West Lebanon Township; and 208 in Cleona.
