AEP crews continued on Monday to chip away at restoring power in the Valley and elsewhere after high winds caused widespread damage on Saturday. Here in the Valley, Trumbull County had the most extensive outages with 8,463 or 10% of the county still in the dark by 4:30 a.m. Monday.
