The ice storm knocked out power to customers in Lincoln County on Saturday and Sunday, closing state highways and leading the city of Newport to declare a state of emergency. According to The Central Lincoln Peoples Utility District, the damage to its lines from falling trees could mean that thousands of customers in Toledo, Siletz, and from Agate Beach to Lincoln Beach could be without power again Sunday night.Outage link: clpud.org/customer-information/outages/outage-map/
