Amtrak suspended rail traffic between New Haven, Connecticut, and Philadelphia due to a malfunctioning circuit breaker near New York Penn Station. According to officials, wire issues were supposedly caused by a brushfire along the New Jersey Turnpike in Secaucus and there was a power outage in the area.
