Pacific Gas & Electric is investigating the cause of an outage that is impacting more than 600 customers in the Paradise area. According to the PG&E Outage site, 650 customers lost the power at approximately 1:04 p.m. Friday. The estimated time of power restoration to the impacted customers was 4:30 p.m. 2:10 P.M. UPDATE - PG&E said at about 1:04 p.m. a power outage began after a vehicle struck a guy wire on Neal Road, snapping it and causing the wire to fling into overhead power lines.Outage link: pgealerts.alerts.pge.com/outagecenter/
