Over 1,200 customers in Youngstown were without power Saturday afternoon, November 16 after a van crashed into a utility pole on the city's west side. According to FirstEnergy's outage map, about 1,269 customers were without power after a van crashed into a utility pole on the 900 Block of North Belle Vista Avenue.
