Power outages were reported in western Washington. Severe rain fell overnight Sunday into early Monday morning and is expected to impact the morning commute. Puget Sound Energy reported about 28,500 customers without power as of 6:00 a.m. on Monday, June 3rd. Tacoma Public Utilities reported about 24,000 customers without power on Monday morning. Snohomish Public Utilities District reported almost 6,800 customers without power, that number had dropped to below 400 by early Monday morning.
