About 12,000 customers are without power in parts of Cabarrus and Stanly counties on Thursday morning. According to Union Power’s outage map, there are multiple outages across the area since just after 4 a.m. The power outage is impacting members in the Oakboro, Locust, Stanfield, Mt.
