Pacific Gas & Electric's Emergency Outage Map reports 2,034 customers are without power as of 7:38 p.m. in northeast Bakersfield. The areas that were affected around 7:38 p.m. are City in the Hills, Mountain Meadows, and customers just north and south of Highway 178 and the Morning Drive exit.
