Severe storms rolled through the Missouri region on Sunday. These are some of the areas affected:
Cape Girardeau County (MO): 418 member-consumers without power.
Black River Electric Cooperative: 137
Citizens Electric Corp.: 281
Madison County (MO): 294 member-consumers without power.
Black River Electric Cooperative: 294
At 9:45 p.m. on Sunday, The Egyptian Electric Cooperative Association reported a downed tree took out the south circuit of west Carbondale, but power has now been restored for those members. Currently, around 400 members are still without power across their service territory.
