A major outage was reported northeast of Palmer Park Wednesday morning, September 25. The outage was first reported just after 3:00 a.m. in the area of North Academy and Austin Bluffs and impacted nearly 2,700 customers. Doherty High School, Russell Middle School, Helen Keller, and Carver Elementary Schools were all within the affected area.
