A power outage occurred in Houlton around 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 29 after a tractor-trailer hit a line of signal lights. The incident happened at the intersection of Ludlow Road and US Route One, across from the Irving truck stop. The Houlton Water Company was able to restore power by 11:20 a.m.
