Acording to Avista Utilities, a failure of a transmission pole cross-arm was to blame for a Thursday morning, September 12 power outage that impacted the Lewiston-Clarkston area. At approximately 4:32 a.m., approximately 11,669 Avista customers in south Lewiston and Clarkston experienced a disruption in their electric service. The company was able to reroute power to some customers by 6:30 a.m. All customers were restored by 7:49 a.m., according to the company.Outage link: outagemap.myavista.com/
