About 10,500 customers have been without power in Lassen County since about 7 p.m. Sunday night, according to Lassen Municipal Utility District . The Public Relations Manager, Theresa Phillips, for the district said the LMUD switched power from its Caribou transmission to the Honey Lake engine since July 13 out of concern caused by the Dixie Fire.
