On Tuesday, April 5 between the hours of 4:00 - 7:00 a.m., some Avista Utilities customers in the Lewiston area will experience a planned power outage. Affected areas include electric meters along Lapwai Road from Lindsay Creek Road to the intersection of Lapwai Road and Vinifera Blvd. The outage area includes Hepton Lane, Cougar Ridge, Wheatland and Eagles Pointe developments.Outage link: outagemap.myavista.com/external/default.html
